About The Position
Trimac is a transportation company with an 80-year legacy, safely delivering products across North America. We offer drivers opportunities in chemical transport, dry and liquid bulk goods, and specialized transportation services. We emphasize a culture of safety, stability, growth, and a positive work environment. This specific role involves hauling various chemicals with pick-up points in PA and destination points in MA, OH, IL, & GA. Drivers are out 1-3 nights per week and can expect to drive 2,000-2,500 miles weekly.
Requirements
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
- 1-year verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Tanker & Hazmat endorsements
- TWIC Card
- Pass Trimac safety assessment
- Must own a 2010 or newer tractor
- No driving violations involving consumption of illegal or intoxicating substances in the past 7 years
- No preventable rollover or fatality crash in the past 7 years
- No license suspensions involving drug and/or alcohol in the past 3 years
- No record indicating a disregard for public safety in the past 3 years
- No major preventable accidents in the past 3 years
- No more than two moving convictions in the past 3 years
Responsibilities
- Hauling various chemicals
- Pick up products from various locations in PA
- Deliver products to destinations in MA, OH, IL & GA
- Operate a tractor-trailer safely and efficiently
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures

- Paid by mileage ($1.72 CPM Loaded & $1.20 CPM Empty)
- Weekly gross pay of $2,920-$3,650
- Average yearly gross pay of $151,840-$189,800
