About The Position
Trimac, a transportation company with an 80-year legacy, is seeking CDL-A Regional Owner Operators to safely deliver chemicals across North America. We offer opportunities in chemical transport, dry and liquid bulk goods, and specialized transportation services. Trimac emphasizes a culture of safety, stability, growth, and a positive work environment. Drivers will be out 1-3 nights per week, hauling various chemicals from various pick-up points in PA to destination points in MA, OH, IL, and GA, covering 2,000-2,500 miles per week.
Requirements
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
- 1-year verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Tanker & Hazmat endorsements
- TWIC Card
- Pass Trimac safety assessment
- 2010 or newer tractor
- Past 7 years without a driving violation involving the consumption of illegal or intoxicating substances
- Past 7 years without a preventable rollover or fatality crash
- Past 3 years without license suspensions involving drug and/or alcohol, or a record that would indicate a disregard for public safety
- Past 3 years without a major preventable accident
- Past 3 years without two or more moving convictions
Responsibilities
- Hauling various chemicals
- Pick up chemicals from various locations in PA
- Deliver chemicals to MA, OH, IL & GA
