About The Position
Drive a dedicated regional retail account for Dollar Tree, based in Ridgefield, Washington. The role handles all-dry freight, typically 2–4 loads per week with 3–4 stops per load, and routes through Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Utah, and Northern California. Drivers unload trailers using rollers and operate dedicated sleeper equipment with dry van trailers. Drivers are home weekly for a 34-hour reset. Day and night shifts are available, and days off vary based on freight demand. Time off may be reduced during the holiday season. Pay is hourly, with overtime and a safe and on-time bonus. Drivers with 0–48 months of experience earn $29.00–$30.50 per hour; those with 49–200 months earn $31.00 per hour. The posting also lists average and top weekly and annual pay figures.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL.
- At least 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
- Comfortable unloading freight with rollers.
- Able to perform physical freight-handling duties.
- Available for day or night shifts.
- Flexible with days off based on freight demands.
- Clean driving record.
- DOT Medical Card.
- Drivers with SAP are not accepted.
Responsibilities
