CDL-A Regional Driver – Up to $2,000 Weekly Guaranteed + Loyalty Bonus
About The Position
The CDL-A Regional Driver is a regional flex driver based in Greensboro, North Carolina, supporting assignments across multiple dedicated customers and special projects as needed. The position hauls refrigerated and dry van freight using trailers equipped with liftgates and an assigned late-model Freightliner sleeper truck. Drivers are out on the road for at least three weeks, with assignments potentially lasting up to four weeks. Flexible scheduling is required, and operations run 24/7. A hotel is provided for each 34-hour reset during extended trips. Average annual pay is $120,000, with average weekly pay of approximately $2,308. The weekly minimum guarantee is $1,600 when running loads for the home-terminal customer or $2,000 when assigned to other dedicated customers. Drivers are paid weekly and can earn a quarterly loyalty bonus of $0.01 per mile driven during the quarter.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL.
- At least 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years.
- Must be at least 22 years old.
- No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years, subject to restrictions.
- No more than 1 DOT-recordable preventable accident in the past 3 years.
- FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse profile required before hire.
- Must meet FMCSA English-language requirements.
- Additional qualifications may apply.
Responsibilities
