CDL-A Dedicated Regional Driver – Earn Up to $2,300 Weekly
About The Position
Drive a dedicated regional retail account for Dollar Tree, hauling all-dry freight. Drivers average approximately 1,750 miles and two loads per week across Missouri, Kansas, Minnesota, Nebraska, Iowa, Oklahoma, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, New Mexico, and the Dakotas. The role involves hand-unloading trailers using rollers and is an active, physically demanding driving position. Drivers receive weekly home time and a weekly 34-hour reset. Compensation includes CPM pay, load pay, and a Safe & On-Time Mileage Bonus of up to 3% of mileage pay. Advertised compensation is $1,900 average weekly pay and $98,800 average annual pay, with top pay of $2,300 weekly and $119,600 annually. A $1,000 Holiday Start Bonus is also listed. Drivers operate sleeper equipment and work with the account manager to arrange safe and secure truck parking.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL.
- At least 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
- Comfortable hand unloading freight using rollers.
- Able to perform physically active freight work.
- Available for regional routes and weekly home time.
- Clean driving record.
- DOT Medical Card.
- SAP drivers are not accepted.
