About The Position

Flint Logistics is hiring CDL-A Regional Drivers based in Springfield, Illinois. Drivers haul 100% no-touch dry van general commodity freight across the lower 48 states using established lanes and dependable weekly planning. Most loads are drop-and-hook. Drivers are scheduled to be home weekly and earn $1,400 to $1,600 per week, with a $1,200 minimum weekly pay during the first 90 days.

Drivers may operate Freightliner, Volvo, and Peterbilt tractors built between 2017 and 2022, equipped with automatic transmissions, an APU, and an inverter. The four-day paid orientation includes transportation by flight or rental car, meals, and $1,000 in orientation pay.

Requirements

• Hold a CDL-A license in the state of residence.
• Have 6 months of experience in the last 24 months or 1 year of experience in the last 3 years.
• Have experience with trailers 48 feet or longer.
• Have a current DOT physical or receive assistance with the cost of obtaining a new one.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional routes across the lower 48 states hauling general commodity freight.
• Operate dry van equipment with 100% no-touch freight, with most loads handled as drop-and-hook.
• Follow established freight lanes and dependable lane planning.
• Return home weekly as scheduled.
