About The Position
Established regional freight network with 60% drop-and-hook freight and assigned Kenworth T-680 equipment. This position offers weekly home time, assigned equipment, and no-touch freight while operating across established regional lanes. Drivers haul 100% no-touch freight through established regional lanes. Freight consists of approximately 60% drop-and-hook freight and 40% scheduled live-load freight. Drivers are paid on all dispatched miles, loaded and empty, while operating primarily east of I-35 within a structured regional network.
Requirements
- Current Class A CDL required.
- 6 months of tractor-trailer experience in the last year.
- Ability to safely operate equipment.
Responsibilities
- Operate assigned Kenworth T-680 automatic tractors with Thermo King APU, 2500-watt inverter, refrigerator, double bunk, and Bluetooth capability.
- Utilize SmartTruck UT6 aerodynamic reefer trailers.
- Haul 100% no-touch freight through established regional lanes.
- Manage freight consisting of approximately 60% drop-and-hook and 40% scheduled live-load.
- Operate primarily east of I-35 within a structured regional network.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable safety regulations.
