CDL-A Driver – Up to $2,450/Week + Safe & On-Time Bonus
About The Position
Drive dedicated regional dry van freight for the FAMILY DOLLAR account based in St. George, Utah. The role pays an average of $2,000 per week, with top weekly earnings of $2,450, through mileage pay, pay per load, and a Safe & On-Time Mileage Bonus of up to 3% of mileage pay. Average annualized pay is $101,302, and top annualized pay is $127,295. Drivers start at 6:00 AM and are home weekly for a 34-hour reset. Shifts may last up to 14 hours. Days off vary with freight demand and usually fall on weekdays. The delivery territory includes Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming. Drivers unload trailers using rollers and climb in and out of trailers as needed. Equipment includes tandem-axle sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions and 53-foot dry van trailers. Drivers living in Las Vegas may stay out for two weeks at a time, followed by three days at home.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL.
- At least 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
- Clean driving record.
- Valid DOT Medical Card.
- Drivers with SAP are not eligible.
- Ability to safely unload freight using rollers and repeatedly climb in and out of trailers.
- Ability to work shifts of up to 14 hours and meet regional route requirements.
