About The Position

Drive a dedicated regional dry van account serving DOLLAR TREE from West Memphis, Arkansas. Drivers average approximately 1,500 miles per week, three loads per week, and three stops per load. Deliveries cover Arkansas, Texas, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Kentucky, Illinois, and Alabama. Freight is full truckload and must be unloaded using roto-carts and lift gates. Drivers are home weekly for a 34-hour reset, with consistent weekly home time. The assigned truck may be parked at home or at a secure location.

Compensation includes an average weekly pay of $1,650 and average annualized pay of $83,200, with top weekly pay up to $1,800 and top annualized pay up to $93,600. Pay includes mileage and stop pay. A $1,000 Holiday Start Bonus is offered.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL.
• At least 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
• Comfortable unloading full truckload freight using roto-carts and lift gates.
• Able to safely park assigned equipment.
• Clean driving record.
• DOT Medical Card.
• SAP drivers are not eligible.
