CDL-A Regional DOLLAR TREE Driver – Mileage Pay + Stop Pay
About The Position
Drive a dedicated regional dry van account for DOLLAR TREE based in West Memphis, Arkansas. The role averages approximately 1,500 miles per week, three loads per week, and about three stops per load. Drivers unload full truckloads using roto-carts and lift gates. The delivery territory includes Arkansas, Texas, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Kentucky, Illinois, and Alabama. Drivers are home weekly for a 34-hour reset, with consistent weekly home time. Equipment includes automatic sleeper trucks and 53-foot dry van trailers; the truck may be parked at home or in a secure location. Pay includes mileage pay and stop pay, averaging $1,600 weekly or $83,200 annualized, with top pay up to $1,800 weekly or $93,600 annualized. A $1,000 Holiday Start Bonus is offered.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL.
- At least 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
- Comfortable unloading full truckload freight using roto-carts and lift gates.
- Able to safely park assigned equipment.
- Clean driving record.
- DOT Medical Card.
- SAP drivers are not accepted.
