About The Position

Drive a dedicated regional retail account for Dollar Tree, delivering dry freight throughout Arizona, Utah, and parts of Southern California. Drivers average approximately three full-truckload deliveries per week and are responsible for unloading freight using a roto cart and liftgate. The role offers an average weekly pay of $1,650 ($85,800 annually), with top weekly pay of $1,800 ($93,600 annually), plus $220 per load and a $1,000 Holiday Start Bonus. Drivers are home weekly and receive a weekly 34-hour reset. Equipment includes automatic sleeper trucks and 53-foot trailers.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL.
• At least 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
• Comfortable unloading full truckloads.
• Able to use roto cart and liftgate equipment.
• Able to perform physical freight-handling duties.
• Clean driving record.
• DOT Medical Card.
• SAP drivers are not accepted.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional routes serving the Dollar Tree account across Arizona, Utah, and parts of Southern California.
