LIDL CDL-A Driver – Earn Up to $1,906 Weekly+ HOLIDAY BONUS
About The Position
LIDL is hiring a regional CDL-A Driver based at its Mebane, NC distribution center. Drivers deliver groceries to stores throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia, with most loads including two store stops. The position involves nighttime grocery deliveries and approximately 1,600 miles per week. Drivers are home every other day, with two layovers per week. The schedule is five nights per week, working 12–14 hours per night. Start times are between 8 PM and 10 PM, and deliveries must be completed before 5 AM. Average weekly pay is $1,599, with top weekly pay of $1,906. Average annual pay is $83,167, with top annual pay of $99,152. Compensation includes mileage pay, stop pay, attendance and performance bonus potential, a Safe & On-Time Bonus, and a $1,000 Holiday Start Bonus.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL.
- At least 3 months of verifiable CDL-A experience.
- Clean driving record.
- Valid DOT Medical Card.
- Drivers with SAP status are not eligible.
- Safety shoes and high-visibility clothing are required.
- Reliable transportation to the Mebane, NC distribution center.
Responsibilities
- Deliver groceries to stores throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia.
- Complete nighttime grocery deliveries, generally with two store stops per load.
- Drive approximately 1,600 miles per week.
- Complete deliveries before 5 AM.
- Work five nights per week, with shifts lasting 12–14 hours.
- Travel to the Mebane, NC distribution center using reliable transportation.
