CDL-A Regional Driver | Earn Up to $104K Annually | $1,000 Bonus
About The Position
We are hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated Dollar Tree account based out of Joliet, Illinois. Drivers deliver dry freight to Dollar Tree locations throughout Wisconsin, Iowa, Minnesota, Michigan, Indiana, and Northern Kentucky. This is a touch-freight position involving unloading merchandise using rollers. Drivers average approximately 970 miles and three loads (turns) per week, with approximately 3–5 stops per load. Drivers are home weekly for a 34-hour reset, which typically falls on Saturday and Sunday or Sunday and Monday. Schedules are Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday, depending on candidate location. Drivers may take their trucks home when safe and secure parking is available. Average weekly earnings are $1,800, with top weekly earnings of $2,000. Average annual earnings are $93,600, with top drivers earning up to $104,000. Compensation includes mileage pay, additional unload pay, backhaul pay, and a $1,000 Holiday Start Bonus. Equipment includes top-of-the-line sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions and 53-foot dry van trailers.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL.
- Minimum of 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
- No SAP drivers.
- Clean driving record.
- DOT Medical card.
- Able to work weekends.
- Reliable and safety-focused.
Responsibilities
- Deliver dry freight to dedicated Dollar Tree locations across Wisconsin, Iowa, Minnesota, Michigan, Indiana, and Northern Kentucky.
- Unload merchandise using rollers in a touch-freight role.
- Complete approximately 3–5 stops per load and average three loads per week.
