CDL-A Regional Truck Driver | Earn Up to $80K Annually | $1,000 Bonus
About The Position
We are hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated Dollar Tree account based in Ocala, Florida. Drivers deliver merchandise to Dollar Tree locations throughout Florida, including Miami, Fort Myers, the Florida Keys, Tampa, and Orlando. This touch-freight position requires drivers to unload freight using rollers. Drivers earn an average of $74,676 annually, with top drivers earning up to $80,407. Average weekly earnings are $1,436 and top weekly earnings are $1,546. Pay includes mileage-band rates based on experience and additional unload pay. A $1,000 Holiday Start Bonus is offered, and drivers are paid weekly. The schedule includes home time weekly, a 34-hour weekly reset, and three turns per week, with approximately 3–5 stops per load. Equipment includes brand-new sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions and 53-foot dry van trailers. Drivers may take trucks home when safe and secure parking is available.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL.
- At least 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
- No SAP drivers.
- Clean driving record.
- DOT Medical card.
- Ability to work weekends.
- Reliable and safety-focused.
Responsibilities
- Deliver merchandise to Dollar Tree locations throughout Florida.
- Unload freight using rollers.
- Operate regional dedicated routes from Ocala, Florida, with approximately 3–5 stops per load.
