About The Position

Here's Exactly What to Expect: Paid one-on-one OTR training with an experienced mentor Immediate upgrade to full solo mileage rate once training is complete Only requirement to start: 120+ hours at an accredited CDL training school Regional freight across TX, OK, LA, MS, AR, TN, AL, KS, MO, IA, and IL 1,700 to 2,000 miles weekly Live load, live unload, preload, and drop and hook Home every two weeks Day and night dispatch Weekend work expected, some customers require holiday work, regular time off requests honored Varied customers, not a dedicated account.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL.
- Current DOT medical card.
- 21 years or older.
- Clean MVR and background check.
- Must pass hair and urine drug testing.
- New CDL-A holders welcome, or 6+ months of verifiable solo experience.
- Team drivers welcome.
- 120+ hours at an accredited CDL training school (for trainees).
Responsibilities
- Operate a commercial vehicle on regional routes.
- Transport freight across TX, OK, LA, MS, AR, TN, AL, KS, MO, IA, and IL.
- Perform live loads and unloads.
- Handle preloads and drop and hook operations.
- Adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
- Complete required paperwork and logs.
- Communicate with dispatch and support teams.
