About The Position

Major Carrier is seeking a CDL A driver for a Regional Dedicated Intermodal position. This role involves picking up and dropping off containers along the railways, primarily running between IA, IL, and IA. The freight is no-touch, with a mix of drop and hook and live load/unload. Drivers can expect to average $1400-$1500 weekly, with a pay structure including $20 per load and $0.62 per mile for approximately 2000 dedicated miles per week. The runs are typically 10-12 hours per shift, with options for Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday schedules, ensuring drivers are home weekly. This is a W2 position with benefits offered by a major nationwide fleet.

Requirements

• Clean CDL A.
• No incidents within the past year.
• CDL address must match hiring area.
• 6 months of 53' tractor trailer experience within the last year.
• No termination from a previous driving job.
• Must pass hair follicle drug screening.
• No SAP drivers.

• Trainee program available if experience requirements are not fully met.

Responsibilities
