About The Position
We are hiring Dedicated CDL-A Drivers for a full-time position based out of Cowpens, South Carolina. This dedicated account offers consistent freight and reliable home time, with drivers averaging 3 loads per week. Drivers are responsible for unloading trailers using rollers, making this a touch-freight position that requires comfort with physical demands. The role emphasizes spending more time at home without sacrificing the stability of dedicated freight.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- 6 months tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to safely operate a commercial motor vehicle
- Ability to perform required unloading duties
- Ability to work independently and manage delivery schedules
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Commitment to safety and reliable attendance
Responsibilities
- Delivering freight to retail locations
- Averaging approximately 3 loads per week
- Hand-unloading trailers using rollers
- Safely handling freight during deliveries
- Completing deliveries on schedule
- Maintaining accurate paperwork and required documentation
- Providing professional customer service at delivery locations
