About The Position

Haul temperature-controlled groceries, produce, and frozen food. New drivers receive 4 to 6 weeks of paid training with an experienced mentor, earning $650 per week. After sign-off, drivers receive their own truck and a guaranteed $1,000 per week for their first 3 months solo. Freight requires no unloading and is mostly drop and hook. Drivers cover 1,900 to 2,500+ miles per week and are home every two weeks. Average weekly gross pay is $1,300 to $1,500, with mileage pay that grows with experience and a performance bonus plan. Orientation pays $300, and travel to orientation is covered. Riders and pets are allowed after training is complete.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL and at least 21 years of age.
• New drivers must have 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school.
• Experienced drivers must have 6 months of OTR experience in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years.
• No major preventable accidents in 5 years.
• Pass hair and urine drug testing and a DOT physical.
