About The Position

We are seeking experienced CDL-A Reefer Drivers to join our team. This position offers set lanes for predictable routes, with training provided for new drivers. Solo drivers can expect to average $1,300 to $1,500 weekly, with home time every 10 to 12 days. We offer competitive pay, a performance bonus, and comprehensive benefits.

Requirements

• Class A CDL
• At least 21 years of age
• 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school
• Valid driver's license
• 3 years of verifiable work history
• 2 or fewer moving violations in the past 2 years
• No major preventable accidents in the past 5 years
• Clean DUI/DWI history for 5 to 10 years
• Ability to pass hair and urine drug testing

Nice To Haves

• Riders and pets allowed after training period.

Responsibilities

• Drive a reefer truck on set lanes.
• Transport goods between TX to TN, TX to IL, TX to GA, and PA to VA.
• Complete approximately 1,800 to 2,000 miles per week.
• Adhere to home time schedule of every 10 to 12 days.
• Participate in training with an experienced mentor.
• Ensure safe operation of the vehicle and adherence to all traffic laws.
• Handle stop-offs with care, receiving $25 per stop.
• Pass drug and alcohol testing.
