About The Position
We are hiring entry-level CDL-A drivers for an Over-The-Road (OTR) reefer seat in Lyons, Vidalia, and Toombs County. This position offers a mentor program for new drivers. Training pay is $850 per week, with solo pay averaging $1,300 to $1,500 per week. Drivers are home every two weeks. The role involves reefer freight, and drivers do not unload the cargo. Riders are allowed, and dogs under 40 lbs are permitted after training is completed. The runs cover the East and Midwest regions, operating day and night, with potential for weekend and holiday work.
Requirements
- Must be 21 or older.
- Possess a Class A CDL.
- Be a new CDL graduate or have at least 6 months of recent experience.
- Have 2 or fewer moving violations in the last 2 years.
- No DUI/DWI in the last 10 years.
- Must pass a DOT physical and a hair and urine drug screen.
