About The Position

We are looking for professional Class A CDL drivers to join our OTR fleet where top 20% of performers consistently earn $1,600 weekly. We prioritize your safety and financial growth through a suggestive dispatch system—keeping you moving where the money is. This position offers a competitive pay rate, performance bonuses, and extra pay for detention and layovers. Drivers will operate late-model equipment, primarily hauling dry van 100% no-touch freight with a significant portion being drop and hook. The run involves 12 days out with 2 days home for a recharge, and there is no forced dispatch into New York City. We also offer 24/7 operations support, paid vacation, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and a pet and rider policy.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 months verifiable Class A experience (within last 3 years).
• No failed/refused DOT drug tests (ever).
• Clean safety record (Max 1 preventable DOT accident in 3 years).
• Stable job history (No more than 4 jobs in the last year).

Responsibilities

• Operate late-model 2022 or newer Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworth T680s.
• Haul Dry Van 100% No-Touch Freight (50-60% Drop & Hook).
• Adhere to a 12 days out / 2 days home schedule.
• Maintain a clean safety record.
• Maintain a stable job history.
• Avoid forced dispatch into New York City or its five boroughs.
