About The Position

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• 21+ years old
• 3+ months recent tractor-trailer experience
• Clean driving record (No DUI last 5 years; No SAP)

Responsibilities

• Operate a tractor-trailer in an OTR rotation.
• Transport 100% no-touch dry van freight.
• Adhere to a 12 days on / 2 full days off schedule.
• Maintain a clean driving record.
• Utilize late-model 2022+ Freightliners & Kenworths.

Benefits

• Sign-On Bonus: $2,000
• Pay Rate: $0.54 – $0.60 CPM (Based on experience)
• Performance Bonus: Additional $0.03 CPM monthly.
• Additional Pay: Paid orientation, detention, layover, and breakdown.
• Home Time: 12 days on / 2 full days off.
• Miles: 2,300 – 3,000 miles per week.
• Freight: 100% No-Touch Dry Van (50-60% Drop & Hook).
