About The Position

We are looking for professional Class A CDL drivers to join our OTR fleet. Top performers can consistently earn $1,600 weekly. This carrier prioritizes driver safety and financial growth through a suggestive dispatch system, ensuring drivers are kept moving to profitable routes. The position involves OTR (Over-the-Road) driving with a focus on dry van, 100% no-touch freight, and a significant portion of drop and hook loads. Drivers will operate late-model equipment and will not be forced into New York City. Home time is scheduled for 12 days out followed by 2 days home.

Requirements

Minimum 3 months verifiable Class A experience (within last 3 years).
No failed/refused DOT drug tests (ever).
Clean safety record (Max 1 preventable DOT accident in 3 years).
Stable job history (No more than 4 jobs in the last year).
Possess a Class A CDL.

Nice To Haves

Experience with dry van and drop & hook loads.
Familiarity with OTR routes.
Reside in the Gainesville area.

Responsibilities

Operate Class A CDL vehicle for OTR routes.
Transport 100% No-Touch Dry Van Freight.
Perform 50-60% Drop & Hook loads.
Adhere to a suggestive dispatch system to maximize earnings.
Maintain a safe driving record.
Ensure timely delivery of goods.
Utilize late-model 2022 or newer Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworth T680s.

Benefits

Pay Rate: $0.48 – $0.60 CPM (based on experience).
Average weekly pay $1,200 - $1,600
Weekly miles: 2,300 - 3,000
Performance Bonus: Earn an extra 3 CPM monthly for safety and productivity.
Extra Pay: $12.50/hr detention (after 2nd hour) and $100 daily layover/breakdown pay.
Home Time: 12 days out / 2 days home.
