CDL-A OTR Driving Position – $1,519 Wkly Avg (Colton Orientation)
About The Position
This is a CDL-A Over-The-Road (OTR) driving position with an average weekly pay of $1,519, equating to $78,988 annually. Top performers can earn up to $1,870 weekly ($97,240 annually). Drivers will average approximately 2,500 miles per week, with mileage rates ranging from $0.54 to $0.58 cents per mile (CPM), depending on experience. The routes cover 48 states, excluding the Northeast, with primary states including CA, OR, WA, NV, AZ, TX, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, OH, and surrounding regions. This position involves 100% no-touch dry van freight, with a mix of drop-and-hook and live unloads/reloads. All newly hired drivers are required to attend orientation in Colton. A first-week paid mentor program is required for select experience levels.
