About The Position
This position offers weekly home time with predictable scheduling. Routes are structured to support steady miles and consistent dispatch planning. Freight moves on consistent outbound and return lanes to support efficient routing and reduced downtime. Dispatch planning is structured to maintain steady weekly mileage while supporting scheduled home time. Drivers can expect organized load assignments and clear communication throughout the week to help support productive miles and scheduled home time. Flint Logistics operates regional and OTR freight lanes throughout Texas and surrounding markets. Our focus is on consistent freight volume, safety compliance, and dependable operations that help drivers stay productive while maintaining scheduled home time.
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license and current DOT Medical Card
- Minimum 6 months recent tractor-trailer experience required
- Must be registered with the FMCSA Clearinghouse prior to hire
Responsibilities
- Haul consistent zero-touch freight.
- Operate International ProStar tractors equipped with APU, aerodynamic wheels, and bobtail skirts.
- Manage drop-and-hook loads.
- Maintain steady weekly mileage.
- Adhere to dispatch planning and communication for load assignments, scheduling, and performance expectations.
