About The Position

This position offers a dependable opportunity for Pittsburgh-area CDL-A truck drivers with steady mileage and consistent lane opportunities. Drivers will handle no-touch regional dry van freight, primarily drop-and-hook loads, with average hauls of 700-750 miles. The schedule follows a structured 12-day operating cycle, followed by a full 48-hour reset at home every other weekend. Assigned tractors can be taken home during resets if safe parking is available. Drivers average $1,350–$1,500 per week, with additional detention compensation available. After 6 months, eligible drivers can access medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan. The fleet utilizes 2021 or newer Freightliner and Kenworth tractors with automatic transmissions, equipped with APUs, inverters, refrigerators, and TV/microwave mounts. Rider and pet programs are available, along with dispatch and maintenance support.

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 3 months of recent tractor-trailer driving experience
Acceptable driving and safety record
Ability to meet DOT qualification and company safety requirements
