About The Position

Flint Logistics is hiring CDL-A truck drivers for weekly pay of $1,300 to $1,500 based on miles and activity. This full-time company driving position provides year-round freight, consistent regional work, and a dependable workload designed to keep experienced drivers productive throughout the week. Drivers haul 100% no-touch dry van freight across established regional lanes. Consistent route planning helps maintain productive miles while keeping the schedule organized around regular weekly home time. No-touch freight means no loading or unloading. Regional lanes provide consistent freight movement. Established freight lanes help create a smoother weekly routine while allowing drivers to focus on driving and maintaining productive miles throughout their scheduled time on the road. Drivers operate assigned late-model tractors with modern safety and driver-comfort features. Equipment is maintained to support dependable performance and provide a comfortable working environment throughout regional operations. Weekly scheduling provides regular home time. Driver Support Specialists assist drivers throughout the week with dispatch, route planning, equipment needs, and day-to-day communication.

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 12 months of recent tractor-trailer experience
Safe driving record and acceptable employment history
Must meet DOT and company qualification requirements
