About The Position
Ruan is hiring a CDL-A Night Driver for a dedicated customer operation. Drivers handle no-touch freight and work a consistent five-day schedule, with two consecutive days off on Tuesday and Wednesday. The position offers home-daily routes, night or evening shifts starting between 8 PM and midnight, and shifts of approximately 14 hours. The operation runs 24/7, and weekends are required. Average annual earnings are $100,000, with guaranteed weekly pay of $1,134.25. Compensation includes a starting mileage rate of $0.59 per mile, $16.25 per stop, and $16.25 for drop-and-hook. Drivers are paid weekly and may receive an additional quarterly loyalty bonus based on years of service: $0.01 per mile for 0–2 years, $0.02 per mile for 2–5 years, and $0.03 per mile for 5 or more years. Late-model equipment is used.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL.
- At least 9 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
- No SAP drivers.
- Clean driving record.
- DOT medical card.
- Ability to work weekends.
- Reliable and safety-focused.
