COKE CDL-A Local Driver – Load Pay + CPM + Early Starts
About The Position
COKE is hiring a local shuttle driver for a dedicated operation based at its Tempe, Arizona bottling facility. Drivers deliver approximately one load per day to distribution centers in Kingman, Flagstaff, Show Low, and Chinle, Arizona, and Gallup, New Mexico. The operation uses live unloading, with no-touch freight and slip-seat equipment. Drivers are home daily, except for occasional overnight runs to Chinle. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays. Start times are early, around 3:00–4:00 a.m., and shifts average 10–12 hours. Pay includes load pay and cents per mile (CPM). Average weekly pay is $1,250, with top weekly pay of $1,500; average annual pay is $63,581, with top annualized pay of $76,140. A $1,000 holiday start bonus is offered.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL.
- At least 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
- Must obtain Hazmat certification within 90 days.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Clean driving record; SAP drivers are not accepted.
- Valid DOT Medical Card.

- Hazmat endorsement preferred upon hire.
