About The Position

Drive for a dedicated local retail account serving LIDL from Fredericksburg, Virginia. The role averages approximately 1,300 miles per week, with deliveries throughout Virginia and Maryland. Drivers load and unload trailers using an electric pallet jack and reload returned freight at the distribution center. The position offers home-daily work in automatic trucks pulling 53-foot trailers.

Average weekly pay is $1,700, with top weekly pay of $1,750. Average annual pay is $86,892, with top annualized pay of $90,220. Compensation includes mileage pay (CPM) and stop pay. A $1,000 holiday start bonus is offered.

The schedule is a five-day workweek that includes weekends, with two consecutive days off each week. Hiring is currently for the night shift.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL.
• At least 3 months of driving experience.
• Clean driving record.
• Valid DOT Medical Card.
• Drivers with SAP are not eligible.
• Reliable personal transportation for daily commuting to the Fredericksburg facility.

Responsibilities
