CDL-A Local Driver – Home Daily | $1,100–$1,200 Weekly
About The Position
We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated local retail delivery account based in Harrisonville, Missouri. Drivers deliver dry and refrigerated groceries and general merchandise to store locations within approximately 250 miles of the terminal. The role offers consistent freight, daily home time, and average weekly earnings of $1,100–$1,200. Drivers work night shifts and may choose a Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday schedule. Weekend work and every holiday are required. Some waiting time may occur during pickups or unloading. Freight is no-touch and is hauled in dry and refrigerated trailers, with mostly live unloads and occasional drop-and-hook. Drivers travel approximately 1,100–1,400 miles per week.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL.
- Experienced drivers and trainees are accepted; experienced-seat applicants must have at least 3 months of experience.
- Must live within 50 miles of ZIP code 64701.
- Must be available for night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Must meet all applicable safety and driving requirements.
Responsibilities

- Operate local and regional routes within approximately 250 miles of the terminal.
- Handle mostly live unloads and occasional drop-and-hook deliveries.
Benefits

- Average weekly earnings of $1,100–$1,200.
- Mileage pay based on experience, ranging from $0.49 to $0.60 per mile.
- Stop pay of $10 for the first stop and $15 for each additional stop.
- Short-haul pay of $25 for loads under 50 miles.
- Trainee pay of $650.
- Performance safety bonus available for eligible drivers.
