About The Position

Drive a dedicated local retail delivery account for Walmart from Colton, California. The position involves no-touch freight and multi-stop deliveries, typically one to two stops per day. The delivery territory includes the Los Angeles Basin, Inland Empire, Orange County, and San Diego County. Drivers use a day cab in a slip-seat operation; trucks cannot be taken home, and reliable transportation is required for commuting. The route averages approximately 1,700 miles per week. Average weekly pay is $1,650, average annual pay is $86,139, top weekly pay is $1,905, and top annualized pay is $99,087. Compensation includes mileage-band pay, stop pay, and detention pay, plus a $1,000 holiday start bonus. Drivers are home daily. This is a 24-hour operation, with start times assigned according to operational needs after onboarding. Six-day workweeks may be required during peak seasons, with one day off.

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL.
At least 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
Clean driving record.
Valid DOT Medical Card.
No SAP drivers.
Reliable transportation to and from the work location.
Flexibility with assigned start times and peak-season schedules.
