CDL-A Local Driver – PAID Orientation + $1,600 Weekly Avg
About The Position
The CDL-A Local Driver will deliver equipment parts for a dedicated local account in the Kansas City, Missouri area. The delivery area extends approximately 250 miles from Kansas City, and deliveries go to stores and designated drop boxes. Routes are consistent, home daily, and involve 100% touch freight with team-assisted loading and unloading. The role offers up to 2,225 miles per week and an average weekly pay of $1,600, with annual earnings of $74,800–$91,500. The schedule runs Monday night through Saturday morning on the night shift. Paid orientation lasts two days at $250 per day. A $500 new-hire transition bonus is paid in full on the second paycheck, and qualified driver referrals are eligible for a $3,000 bonus each.
Requirements
- Hold a valid Class A CDL.
- Have at least 12 months of recent tractor-trailer experience.
- Be at least 21 years old.
- Be DOT qualified and hold a valid medical card.
- Pass a comprehensive drug test.
- Have a satisfactory safety and employment history.
- Drivers with SAP status are not eligible.
