About The Position

Drive multi-stop grocery delivery routes on a dedicated local account. The role pays $33.50 per hour, with overtime after 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week, and guarantees 40 hours per week. Average weekly pay is listed as $1,600–$1,700, and pay is weekly. Drivers work five days per week on 8–12-hour shifts and are home daily. The current opening is for the PM shift; weekends are required. Schedule bids are determined by seniority and may change at rebid. Routes use late-model day cabs, refrigerated trailers, and electric pallet jacks. Snow chains are required for Reno and Tahoe routes.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL.
• At least 9 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience.
• At least 22 years old.
• No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years.
• No more than 1 DOT-recordable preventable accident in the past 3 years.
• Meet DOT Clearinghouse requirements.
• Snow-chaining experience for year-round Reno/Tahoe routes.
• Ability to read and speak English sufficiently for safety and job duties.
• Additional qualifications may apply.
