About The Position

Rouse Trucking is hiring experienced CDL-A flatbed drivers to haul building materials, coils, pipe, and similar freight. Routes primarily run east of I-35, with pay provided for both loaded and empty miles. This position includes the regular hands-on responsibilities of flatbed hauling, with tarping required on approximately 3 out of 5 loads and load securement being a regular part of the work. Drivers can expect to return home every 7–14 days for a 34–48 hour reset. The company offers assigned 2020 through 2025 Peterbilt tractors and 2024 48-foot spread-axle flatbed trailers. Transition pay is provided during the first few weeks. Rider and pet options are available. Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license
• At least 1 year of tractor-trailer experience within the last 5 years
• Minimum of 6 months of flatbed experience
• Tarping and load securement experience
