About The Position

Rouse Trucking is hiring experienced CDL-A flatbed drivers for regional routes. Drivers will transport building materials, coils, pipe, and similar freight, primarily east of I-35. This position offers a balance between home time and reliable freight movement, with drivers being paid for both loaded and empty miles. The role involves hands-on work, including tarping on approximately 3 out of 5 loads and regular load securement.

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license.
• At least 1 year of tractor-trailer experience within the last 5 years.
• Minimum of 6 months of flatbed experience.
• Tarping and load securement experience.

Responsibilities

• Transport building materials, coils, pipe, and similar freight.
• Tarping loads as needed (approximately 3 out of 5 loads).
• Perform load securement.
• Operate assigned Peterbilt tractors and flatbed trailers.
• Adhere to company policies and safety regulations.
