About The Position

NIS Express is seeking entry-level CDL-A drivers for dry van routes primarily east of I-35 in Texas. This is an excellent opportunity for recent truck driving school graduates with a valid Class A CDL to begin their professional driving career. The training program ensures drivers are well-prepared for solo operation.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL license
• 21 years of age or older
• Clean driving record
• Must clear DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen
• Recently completed truck driving school

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A tractor-trailer within all DOT regulations
• Haul dry van freight mainly east of I-35
• Hit delivery windows and maintain strong on-time performance
• Keep ELD logs, DVIRs and all trip paperwork accurate and current
• Complete thorough vehicle inspections before and after every shift
• Stay in clear professional contact with dispatch and customers

• $1,000 weekly guaranteed for your first 3 months as a new driver
• Average weekly pay of $1,400 to $1,800 once established on the road
