About The Position

During training, mentors guide drivers through over-the-road routes, teaching safe driving, trip planning, and freight handling. Requirements

• CDL-A from an accredited school (minimum 120 hours)
• Minimum age 21
• No DUIs within the past 5 years
• Clean driving record with no major violations in the last 3 years
• Must pass hair and urine drug screenings
• Steady employment history with minimal gaps

Responsibilities

• Complete 4-6 weeks of paid over-the-road training with an experienced mentor.
• Gain real-world on-the-road experience.
• Learn safe driving techniques.
• Develop trip planning skills.
• Understand freight handling procedures.
• Transition to solo routes and handle them confidently.
