About The Position

HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting multiple seasoned, highly skilled CDL-A Drivers to join one of our valued client partners. HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for this dedicated SOLO driving opportunity. This role requires dependable drivers who can safely manage regional delivery routes, handle unload responsibilities efficiently, and maintain strong delivery performance while operating across multi-state freight lanes throughout the Midwest, Mountain West, and Plains regions.

Requirements

  • Valid CDL-A license
  • Proven regional or dedicated route driving experience
  • Ability to hand-unload freight using rollers
  • Strong DOT compliance and safety history
  • Comfortable operating sleeper cab equipment
  • Ability to manage multi-state delivery routes efficiently
  • Strong attendance, route planning, and time management skills
  • Stable and consistent employment history
  • Must reside within required hiring radius: Omaha, NE (within 100 miles), Denver, CO (within 120 miles), Tulsa, OK (within 50 miles), Billings, MT (within 50 miles), Oklahoma City, OK (within 50 miles), La Junta, CO (within 30 miles), Detroit Lakes, MN (within 50 miles), Saint Paul, MN (within 100 miles), Colorado Springs, CO (within 100 miles), Pierre, SD (within 50 miles), Des Moines, IA (within 120 miles), Fargo, ND (within 75 miles), Pueblo, CO (within 30 miles), Wichita, KS (within 50 miles), Grand Island, NE (within 100 miles), Sioux Falls, SD (within 50 miles)
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

  • Dedicated fleet or regional route experience
  • Experience with touch freight and unload operations
  • Familiarity with Midwest and Mountain regional freight lanes
  • Clean driving and inspection history
  • Experience utilizing electronic logging devices (ELDs)
  • Strong communication and delivery coordination skills

Responsibilities

  • Operate CDL-A sleeper trucks safely across dedicated regional routes
  • Deliver dry freight while maintaining delivery schedules and freight integrity
  • Hand-unload freight using rollers at delivery locations
  • Complete approximately 2 loads weekly while maintaining route efficiency
  • Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections in compliance with DOT standards
  • Maintain accurate ELD logs, mileage reporting, and transportation documentation
  • Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding delays, route changes, and operational updates
  • Maintain compliance with all company safety standards and federal transportation regulations
  • Operate efficiently across multi-state regional freight lanes with weekly home resets
