About The Position

We are hiring entry-level CDL-A drivers for an Over-the-Road (OTR) dry van position. This role offers mentor-led training for new drivers, with guaranteed weekly pay during training and a strong earning potential once solo. Drivers will gain experience in various aspects of trucking, including trip planning, log keeping, and fuel management, and will operate modern trucks. The freight runs east of Denver, avoiding the Northeast, with opportunities for extra stops and short hauls. Drivers are home every two weeks.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Possess a Class A CDL.
• Be a new CDL grad or have at least 6 months of recent experience.
• Have no more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
• No DUI/DWI in the last 10 years.
• Must pass a DOT physical, hair drug screen, and urine drug screen.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to drive a truck with an automatic or 10-speed transmission.

Responsibilities

• Drive a dry van truck for OTR routes east of Denver.
• Participate in mentor-led training for 3-5 weeks (200-250 hours).
• Learn to plan trips, keep logs, and manage fuel.
• Back into tight docks and handle various loading situations (drop and hook, preloaded, live).
• Complete assigned routes and deliver freight.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain assigned truck, which is typically 1.5 years old with an automatic or 10-speed transmission.
