About The Position

We are seeking a reliable CDL-A Dry Van Driver for a full-time position based in Ocala, FL, and the surrounding area. This role involves dry van freight with an average of 2,000–2,500 miles per week and an average haul length of 600 miles. The freight is 100% no-touch and 60% drop and hook. Drivers can expect to be out for 12 days and have 3 days home. There is no forced dispatch into NYC or the 5 boroughs.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• At least 6 months of recent Class A driving experience
• Must live in Ocala, FL or the immediate surrounding area

• Veterans with DD214 documentation (for additional CPM)

Responsibilities

• Drive dry van freight
• Complete 100% no-touch freight
• Perform 60% drop and hook operations
• Adhere to 12 days out / 3 days home schedule
• Avoid forced dispatch into NYC or the 5 boroughs

Benefits

• Biweekly home time
• Mandatory $0.16 per diem
• Additional $0.01 CPM for drivers willing to stay out 3+ weeks
• Additional $0.01 CPM for veterans with DD214 documentation
• Onboarding Bonus: $250 upon completion of orientation
• Drivers who do not pass orientation will receive $90 per day attended
• Additional $250 paid after first dispatched load
• Monthly performance bonus available during first 6 months
• Detention Pay: $15/hour after 2 hours (up to $80 per 24-hour period)
• Layover Pay: $75 per 24-hour period
• Breakdown Pay: $75 per 24-hour period plus motel expenses
• NYC Delivery Pay: $100 delivery / $60 pickup
