About The Position

This is a full-time CDL-A Dry Van Driver position based in Philadelphia and the surrounding area. The role involves hauling dry van freight with an average haul length of 600 miles, covering 1,800-2,200 miles per week. The freight is 100% no-touch, and 60% of the loads are drop and hook. Drivers can expect to be out for 5 days and home for 2 days. There is no forced dispatch into NYC or its boroughs. The position offers consistent miles, competitive pay, and predictable home time.

Requirements

• Must have a valid Class A CDL.
• Must have at least 6 months of recent Class A driving experience.
• Must live in Philadelphia or the immediate surrounding area.

• Veterans with DD214 documentation may receive an additional $0.01 CPM.

Responsibilities

• Haul dry van freight.
• Drive an average of 1,800-2,200 miles per week.
• Complete 100% no-touch freight deliveries.

Benefits

• Average annual earnings: $74,000–$85,000
• Mandatory $0.16 per diem
• Additional $0.01 CPM for drivers willing to stay out 3+ weeks
• Maximum pay up to $0.66 CPM

• Monthly performance bonus available during first 6 months
• Detention Pay: $15/hour after 2 hours (up to $80 per 24-hour period)
• Layover Pay: $75 per 24-hour period

• NYC Delivery Pay: $100 delivery / $60 pickup
