About The Position

This dedicated account CDL-A Dry Van Driver position offers stable dry van freight with predictable scheduling, allowing drivers to maintain steady regional miles, consistent weekly home time, and earn between $1,450 to $1,650 per week. Drivers will operate late model Kenworth T-680 automatic trucks equipped with APUs, inverter, refrigerator, and Bluetooth. The operating area is primarily east of I-35. The position includes a $3,000 sign-on bonus, quarterly performance bonuses, and compensation for all miles, loaded or empty.

Requirements

• CDL-A license.
• 100% no-touch freight.
• 60% drop and hook, 40% live load/unload.
• Operating primarily east of I-35.
• Late model Kenworth T-680 automatic trucks with APUs, inverter, refrigerator, and Bluetooth.
• Outward-facing cameras with no inward-facing monitoring.
• Option to take truck and trailer home with approved parking.
• Weekly home time with additional midweek breaks in some areas.
• Paid vacation after a year.
• Holiday pay after 90 days.
• Medical, vision, prescription, and life insurance coverage after 90 days.
• Access to 401K plan after one year.
• Paid Orientation: 3-day orientation program with travel arrangements provided.
• $250 orientation pay and $300 of sign-on bonus included in your first paycheck.
