CDL-A Dry Van Driver
About The Position
This full-time regional position with HWY Express gives drivers scheduled home time, late-model equipment, and freight that keeps loading and unloading responsibilities off the driver. Drivers have a clear weekly pay range along with regularly planned home time. The primary running area is east of I-35 with no NYC routes. Occasional freight may extend throughout all 48 states, adding broader mileage opportunities when freight demand requires it. Drivers operate 2021 or newer Freightliner or Kenworth tractors. Late-model equipment provides the reliability and comfort needed for regional driving and occasional longer runs.
Requirements
- Current CDL-A license
- At least 3 months of tractor-trailer driving experience within the last 36 months; local or regional experience qualifies
Responsibilities
- Haul no-touch general commodity freight
- Loading and unloading are handled by the customer
