CDL-A Dry Van Driver
About The Position
Flint Logistics is hiring a CDL-A driver to haul mixed dry van and refrigerated, no-touch freight through established customer lanes. Drivers generally average 2,500 to 3,000 miles per week on organized regional runs. The position is based in Springfield, Massachusetts, and offers six scheduled days off each month, which drivers may take together or spread throughout the month based on personal preference and freight scheduling. Drivers operate Kenworth T680 tractors that are four years old or newer, with equipment assigned based on availability. Trucks are equipped with automatic transmissions, APUs, inverters, voice navigation, and an in-cab fifth-wheel release. Pay is $1,450 to $1,675 per week based on experience and productivity. Guaranteed minimum pay begins after 30 days. Orientation is paid at $100 per day, and quarterly performance raises are tied to safety and productivity. Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license.
- Current DOT medical certification.
- At least six months of tractor-trailer experience within the last year.
