CDL-A Driving Opportunity | New Graduates Welcome
About The Position
This is an Over-The-Road (OTR) CDL-A driving position covering all 48 states, welcoming new graduates. The role involves dry van freight, with drivers typically out for 2-4 weeks at a time, averaging 2,500+ miles per week. A passenger policy is available, but pets are not allowed. The company offers consistent freight and structured dispatch. A training program is provided, including orientation in Springdale, AR (with travel and hotel provided, plus a $100 food stipend), a minimum of 10 days of mentor training at $75 per day, followed by final testing in Arkansas to upgrade to solo status.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- CDL must have been obtained within the past 12 months
- Limited recent carrier experience (no more than 3 months with another carrier)
- Must meet all DOT safety, background, and drug & alcohol requirements
- Must be willing to complete the full training and OTR schedule
