About The Position

This role focuses on evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering effective therapy interventions in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (required)
- Active Physical Therapist license in Florida
- Open to new graduates and experienced professionals
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required within 30 days of hire
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and implement treatment plans within scope of practice
- Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on patient needs and goals
- Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall function
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, therapies, and assistive devices
- Manage caseload efficiently, ensuring continuity of care
- Support coordinated care throughout the rehabilitation process
