About The Position

This is a New Graduate Opportunity for a Class A CDL Driver, featuring a comprehensive training program. Orientation takes place in Springdale, AR, with travel and hotel accommodations provided, along with a $100 food stipend. The training includes a minimum of 10 days of mentor training, paid at $75 per day. After completing the training, drivers return to Arkansas for final testing and to upgrade to solo status. The position is an Over-The-Road (OTR) role, covering all 48 states, with drivers typically out for 2–4 weeks at a time. The primary responsibility involves hauling dry van freight, with an average of 2,500+ miles per week. A passenger policy is available, but pets are not permitted. The role offers consistent freight and a structured dispatch system.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• CDL must have been obtained within the past 12 months
• Limited recent carrier experience (no more than 3 months with another carrier)
• Must meet all DOT safety, background, and drug & alcohol requirements
• Must be willing to complete the full training and OTR schedule
