About The Position

The CDL School is expanding in New York and we are actively hiring CDL instructors who want to build a long-term career in driver training and testing. Our instructors play a critical role in helping students develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed in the trucking industry. If you enjoy coaching others, working outdoors, and making a real impact on people’s careers, this is a rewarding opportunity.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED
• 2 years of CDL A driving experience
• Desire to coach others

Nice To Haves

• No previous teaching experience is required for entry-level instructor roles. We will train the right candidates.
