About The Position

All Steady Logistics is hiring Class A CDL drivers to haul Amazon freight from its yard at 2856 Sullivan Road in College Park, Georgia, just south of Hartsfield-Jackson Airport. This is year-round employment, not a seasonal role. Drivers work directly for All Steady Logistics, an Amazon Freight Partner, and are not employed by Amazon.

The work is 100% no-touch, drop-and-hook freight. Routes stay within 550 miles of College Park, run a maximum of 14 hours, and drivers are never out more than two days at a time. Available schedules include a 4-on/4-off rotation or scheduling based on the days the driver provides a week in advance. The role can be full-time or part-time. Drivers use 2022-or-newer automatic Kenworth T680 trucks equipped with an APU, refrigerator, microwave, and power converter.

Pay is $23 per hour as a W-2 employee, paid weekly on Wednesday, with overtime after 40 hours. Drivers may be eligible for a raise of up to $0.25 per hour after three months based on performance. Orientation is paid and lasts six hours. Medical, dental, and vision coverage, including family coverage, is available after three months. Full-time drivers can get up to 50 hours per week; safe drivers with greater availability may receive more hours.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL; a Georgia CDL is preferred.
• At least 21 years old.
• Clean MVR with no recent violations in the last two years.
• Valid DOT medical card.
• Pass a DOT urine drug screen and road test.
• Live within 45 miles of College Park, Georgia.

Nice To Haves

• Two or more years of Class A driving experience preferred; newer drivers are welcome to apply.
• Georgia Class A CDL preferred.
